Mexican High Grown Chiapas
Chiapas is the southernmost state of Mexico, bordering Guatemala. The Chiapas region produces Mexico's best coffee. This coffee exhibits a good balance of brightness and body with a slight nuttiness that is somewhat reminiscent of our Brazilian estate.
